“Hi, I’m Emma! I founded Real World Consultancy in 2018 to help small businesses overcome barriers to growth.
At a senior leadership level, my background was in analysis, change management, project and programme frameworks. It was this knowledge and experience, combined with my passion for SMEs and coaching, which led me to create a coaching and support method that has now helped more than 500 business owners.
One of the most important tasks for me has been finding business coaches who fully align with the values and approach of Real World Consultancy. We are known for our fun, ‘real’, and engaging approach to business, and I'm proud of that.”

With a passion for marketing, graphic design, photography and videography she's the one behind the scenes crafting our brand image.
She's also your go-to guide. As the friendly face for new clients, she'll walk you through every step, from onboarding to offboarding, answering any questions you might have.
Eliza is here to support you, ensuring your RWC journey is smooth and sensational.
When not working Eliza can normally be found doing something active - probably an open water swim or a long walk up the mountains with her two rescue dogs.

Our Mission
We are dedicated to being the champion of mighty micro business, to help others to grow a business they are passionate about, in the way that suits them, and without burning out.
We work with a range of businesses, from start-ups to SMEs (with less than 250 employees), across all sectors ranging from engineering through to creative arts, technology and manufacturing.
Our direct clients are entrepreneurs or small business owners looking to grow their businesses whilst delegating more of the ‘day-to-day’ tasks. Our mission is to give every micro business owner the opportunity to build the business that they want, in the way that they want it, without burning out!
