Emma founded Real World Consultancy in Worcester. After searching for a coaching qualification that truly aligned high-level business strategy with professional coaching and finding nothing that met that standard, she created one. For eight years RWC ran a hands-on coaching practice, training associates in the Vision to Value Methodology®. In 2026 Emma froze direct client intake so RWC could turn that methodology into a qualification anyone can access.
