- We are aware of, and work towards the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This is a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- We are committed to helping future generations to grow lead and adapt, find out more below at our young entrepreneur scheme.
- We aim to buy local and from small businesses wherever we can! Be it client gifts, food for events or birthday presents for the team!
- We strongly believe in doing the right thing, for the right people in the right way, here is our code of ethics:
- If we find any conflict of interest we will flag it and agree between us the best way forward
- What is disclosed in a session, stays in a session (unless there are legal obligations for us to report discussion)
- The relationship between coach and coachee is that of a professional one. often friendships are made through coaching and it is important that a coach and coachee 'click', but a distinction for sessions is important to establish boundaries and results.
- The coachee is responsible for setting their own goals and doing the work to achieve them, the role of a coach is facilitation.
- To get results from coaching, the coachee must be ready, willing and able to work on the actions they establish.
- Coaching should only be continued if it is proving beneficial to the coachee, the coach/ coachee should each flag at any stage they feel sessions are no longer proving beneficial.
